  I have been a regular customer of this Barberitos location in Hamilton Mill since the opened in 2006. The food quality has always been very good in my opinion and I love that they offer 2 days a week that kids eat free. I've noticed over the past year a few downhill changes though: They are constantly out of major ingredients. I mean tortilla shells, chicken, beans, rice, tea, ice...all would seem to be in ready supply for a quick serve burrito business, no? Salsa taste is hit or miss....I guess it just depends on who makes it that particular day. Some days both the green and red salsa are so bland you can barely taste them, others they are so salty or overpowering you can't eat them. The cleanliness of the dining area has gone way down. Trash cans are overflowing, food all over the floor. They have the main trash can positioned right by the front door so you smell it as you walk in and it's the 1st thing you see. They used to sweep and keep things tidy more so than they do now. There's been a ton of employee turnover lately. Don't know if that's a good or bad thing but it's noticeable. If you order online, when you get there to pick your food up, they sometimes have no record of what you ordered, or I was once told by an employee that he didn't even know they offered online ordering! I'm gonna stay a regular customer because they charge fair prices for generally good food and there's a lot of value in the free kids meals. I do hope they improve soon though.

  Steak had been sitting for hours. Other food items were ok. Drink station was filthy with no tea available. Trash can was overflowing. Lots of employees standing around in the back having a great time. Obviously not working. The one guy who made the food was very friendly.

  This business is defiantly getting better might end up changing this to a 5 in the future but I think the management is getting better. The overall cleanliness is getting better the food hasn't changed much still quite good. I would recommend that they get 2 trash cans in the front because when it is very busy there is a tendency for the trash to start over filling. Overall would recommend chill environment nice to hang out with friends.

  My family and I have been patrons of Barberitos ever since it opened. However, in the past year or so, we've noticed that the conditions of the restaurant have gone downhill and they change out employees as often as a pair of underwear. Can't count the times we've gone there to see broken chips all over the floor, table tops dirty and unkempt, and employees looking like they just rolled out of bed. *Follow-Up-Things seem to be improving at this location. The owner, Philip, has been working there the past several visits and he's been friendly and very accommodating. Hopefully, things will continue to improve as my family and I love the food!

  Always great food and good prices , fast service
